High quality dental work is really important. But, quality treatment is no good, if your patients are too nervous to book an appointment. As a previous associate, Dr. Nix tried to create the warm, friendly environment he knew his patients needed and deserved. It didn't work. He had no control over the things he wanted to change - training, post-treatment care, surgery setting. Frustration set in. So, he took a big risk...
